The Hutton Wines Collection
Hutton Wines handcrafts limited quantities of premium wine from the Margaret River wine region. Only three wines are produced, the ‘Triptych Series’ comprising Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Semillon. These wines are elegant, finely structured and long-lived capturing the essence of Margaret River wine.
Fruit for the 2017 Hutton Triptych Margaret River Semillon was sourced from the Kailis vineyard in Wilyabrup. The grapes were hand picked in February, chilled overnight, then crushed and gently pressed. The free run juice was fermented naturally with wild yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
Fruit for the 2014 Hutton Triptych Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from the Sandalford Estate vineyard in Wilyabrup. The Houghton clone grapes were hand picked in April, then crushed into an open topped fermenter.
Fruit for the 2017 Hutton Triptych Margaret River Chardonnay was sourced from the Wildberry Springs vineyard in Wilyabrup. The Mendoza clone grapes were hand picked in February, chilled overnight, then gently whole-bunch pressed.
